i will gladly accept like-new product for return for any reason as long as it is shipped back(label is scanned) within 30 days of being delivered. the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to me at their convenience and with their desired shipping service. all orders must be unworn and in their original packaging.

to start a return, please contact me with your order number and name. your order number can be found on your order confirmation email. i will respond within 48 hours for further instructions. your refund will be credited on the original method of payment. i will process returns quickly but please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

you will receive email confirmation when you place your order. if you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

because each piece is handmade by me, please allow 3-5 business days for the creation and processing of your piece before your order is shipped to you.

yes! my pieces have a 60-day warranty for all chain and clasp defects. contact me right away to coordinate a timely repair.

storage
store your jewelry, especially sterling silver, in an air-tight container when not being worn. oxygen, moisture and other chemicals are the enemies of metal that will tarnish or dull your metals. a small ziplock bag works great! if your jewelry does become tarnished, there are ways to clean your jewelry.

to clean, gently shine with a sunshine polishing cloth or clean regularly using warm water and a soft cloth or rag to dry it.

sterling silver

to clean, gently shine with a sunshine polishing cloth or a 3m pro polish pad or a silver polishing cloth.

brass and copper

to clean, mix 2 tsp of salt in 1 cup of white vinegar. apply with a soft cloth or spray bottle and leave on for around 30 minutes. rinse and dry.
